Our Attorneys

Both Brian and Steven have a broad array of experience in real estate, corporate and business law, and wills and probate. Because the law has become more complex, Brian and Steven have divided responsibility for certain areas of law to obtain more expertise to better represent their clients. For instance, Brian focuses his real estate practice in condominium law, 1031 Exchanges and construction litigation. Steven usually handles the real estate closings, landlord/tenant matters, and represents banks and other lenders in commercial transactions and litigation including foreclosures.
